galileo's hija

Not only did Mary, Galileo's daughter, take care of his financial needs, but also took care of him when it came to his health. She gave her father medicine that he needed in order to stay alive. By bringing him food, giving him medicine, and taking care of his financial needs, Mary played a major role in Galileo's life.
She went above and beyond what normal daughters do; she was there for him mentally, medicinally, and financially.
If it was not for Mary, many of Galileo's discoveries would have never been published, and much of our understanding and knowledge would be different. Mary was her father's personal editor on many books that he had written. She would basically proof read his stuff, analyze, critique, and give her thoughts and opinions. She would them send the book back.

Galileo would not have been able to do half of the things he did if it weren't for his daughter...
cause he might have dropped dead.
